For kids' theater and performing arts

Auditions to closing night, on one calendar.

Run classes and productions side by side. Extra rehearsals land in open rooms without bumping a class, show and costume fees sit on the same account as tuition, and the cast hears about changes from you, not a group chat.

With FrontRow

  • Productions beside classes
  • Costume sizing built in
  • Cast changes sent for you

A production with its own sign-up, schedule and fees

Run auditions for Annie Jr. as their own program with a fee. Enroll each cast member in the production, and its tuition plan and show fee come with them, split into payments if you like.

  • Audition sign-ups online, from your site or an ad
  • Production fees per performer, split into as many as 24 payments
  • Tech week rehearsals fitted into open rooms without bumping a class
  • Classes and productions on one calendar with a clash check

Costumes sized and confirmed before opening night

Assign a costume to the cast once and every performer gets a line. Parents enter measurements in the portal, the size is picked from your chart, and each family confirms their line and fee before you order.

  • Size charts imported from CSV or started from a template
  • Measurements entered by staff, or by parents in the portal
  • Performers who still need measuring are flagged
  • Costume fees on the same autopay as tuition

Set up the way a theater program runs

  • Rehearsal changes

Move or cancel a rehearsal and the families in it are told by text and email.

  • Show weekends

Close a room or the whole building for the show, and choose whether classes are credited.

  • Camps and intensives

Summer musical theater camps priced by the day, the week or the whole program.

  • Directors message their cast

Directors write to their own cast and classes, and every reply lands in the family's thread.

Switching from another system?

Jackrabbit, iClassPro and Sawyer each have their own import, and anything else comes in through a CSV. You see a dry run before anything counts.

  • Jackrabbit
  • iClassPro
  • The Studio Director
  • DanceWorks
  • Dance Studio Manager
  • Studio Pro
  • Sawyer
  • or any CSV
How switching works
  • Cards back on file without the phone calls

Every family without a card gets a text and email with a link to add one in the portal, and reminders until they do.

  • Check it before it counts

A validation report and a dry run show the result first, and the whole import can be rolled back.

  • Nobody is charged until you say so

Your first billing run waits for your approval, after balances are reconciled and old autopay is off.

Common questions

Can we sell show tickets?

Not yet. Ticketing isn't built, so keep your ticketing partner for now. Show fees and costume fees for the cast work today.

Do you handle casting?

Partly. Run auditions as their own program and enroll each cast member in the production. There's no casting board or role list yet.

Can a production fee be paid in installments?

Yes. Split it into as many as 24 payments, with the first due at sign-up or at the start of the run.
