The Analytics section of your website Overview shows how your published website is doing: how many visits it gets, which pages people look at, where they came from, and how many of them register. It works without cookies and collects no personal data.
Only owners and admins can see the Website area.
Open your analytics#
- Open Website in the menu.
- Stay on the Overview tab and scroll down to Analytics.
- Choose 7 days, 30 days or 90 days.
If your site isn't published yet, or nobody has visited, you'll see No visits yet. Visits show up within a few minutes of someone opening your site.
What you'll see#
- Totals across the top: Visits, Register clicks, Registrations, Trial requests and Leads.
- Visits per day: a bar chart. Hover over a bar to see that day's numbers, or select Show as a table.
- From visit to registration: how many visitors clicked a register button, and how many finished registering, with the percentage at each step.
- Top pages: your most visited pages.
- Where visitors came from: the websites that sent people to you, like Google or Facebook. Direct or unknown means people typed your address or the source wasn't shared.
- Devices: how many visitors used a phone, tablet or computer.
How registrations are counted#
A registration only counts here when the family arrived through a register button or link on your website, so the number is never an estimate. Registrations that started somewhere else, like a link in an email, aren't included.
Tip: The Overview tab also shows your visits and registrations for the last 30 days, and how many form submissions are new, at a glance. Select New submissions to read them in Growth, under Leads.
